Keira Smith is a solution-based hypnotherapist.

She used to be a personal trainer and yoga teacher, but she found this stressful and ended up developing unhelpful coping mechanisms.

She then found hypnotherapy and discovered it was a way to help people reduce stress and anxiety. She could help them deal with stressful things like PTSD and panic attacks.

She has used her therapy to help hair loss conditions, and reduce cortisol levels. She has helped people achieve health hair growth, including those with trichotillomania. 

Keira discussed coping mechanisms, and how they can be helpful, and how you can reframe situations to create new positive frames of reference.
